How Do I take SIV Biome Balance Within:
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
This provides 290 mg of proprietary probiotics, 250 mg of citrus bioflavonoids (MicrobiomeX®), 10 mg of golden tomato carotenoids (LumenatoTM), and 160 mcg of vitamin k2 as MK-7, MenaquinGold®.

These dosages have been clinically studied and shown to be effective and safe. It’s best to take this supplement containing a fat-soluble vitamin with a meal or snack containing healthy fat to maximize absorption in the digestive tract.
